1. Booking and Reservation Terms

By making a reservation through Ghumo, you agree to these terms and conditions. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel bookings that do not comply with our policies.

2. Payment and Pricing Policy

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or as specified during the reservation process. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in may incur charges equivalent to one night's stay. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

4. Check-in and Check-out Procedures

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges. Valid identification is required at check-in.

5. Guest Responsibilities and Property Rules

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Parties and events require prior approval from management. Maximum occupancy limits must be respected at all times.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. Information collected during booking will be used solely for reservation purposes and service delivery. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent.

7. Property Standards and Amenities

All properties listed on Ghumo are verified for quality and safety standards. Amenities listed are subject to availability and may vary. We strive to maintain accurate descriptions but reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions when necessary.

8. Force Majeure and Unforeseen Circumstances

Ghumo is not liable for any failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemic restrictions, or other force majeure events.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any disputes arising from bookings will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts and governed by the laws of Pakistan.

10. Terms Modification and Updates

These terms and conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Guests will be notified of any significant changes prior to their stay. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
